Are you an authorized retailer for your products?

MODELBRIDE is an authorized dealer for all products on our site, such as Allure Bridal, Lela Rose, Dessy, After Six, Alfred Sung, Social Bridesmaids, 57 Grande, Dessy Girl, Badgley Mishcka, Nicole Miller, Angela Nuran, Wtoo and Pink.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to our How To Measure Guide.  Once you have your measurements, refer to the Size Chart. Find the size the most resembles your measurements. Our dress chart resembles body measurements not dress measurements. Dresses have a 1-1.5 inch of ease built into the dress for ease of movement. We highly recommend you go to a professional seamstress to get properly measured.   Please note measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and the garment will not be custom-made to exact measurements. Final responsibility for choosing the proper size dress, rest on the customer and not on ModelBride. Extra length is suggested for anyone 5’7 and taller. There is an extra charge for extra lenght and plus sizes. Due to the fact that everyone’s body is slightly different alterations may be required in many cases to get a perfect fit and to look your absolute best.

How can I be sure all my bridesmaids’ dresses are cut from the same fabric dye lot?

If your bridal party is ordering separately, please call us and inform us before hand, of all the bridesmaid’s names.  We will then wait until we get all of the bridal party’s order until we submit your total order to the manufacture, so all the dresses will be cut from the same bolt of fabric.  This does not include After Six styles or mixed Dessy styles. These may have a very slight variation. We will do everything thing we can to get bridal parties  Please be aware that dye lot variation between the fabric and dress order may occur and that we cannot guarantee a color match.

How long do you carry dresses before discontinuing styles?

If the designer has the style in production we will have the style available to order. The vendor determines the availability of their styles. Vendors can discontinue a style at any time and without advance notice. Vendors reserve the right to modify or discontinue styles, colors, options, and prices at any time. We update our website upon the vendor’s notification. MODELBRIDE is not responsible for any discontinued styles from the manufacture.

What is delivery time for orders?

Instock & Quick Delivery Bridal and Bridesmaids Dresses are normally readily available  and ship within a few days of placing your order.There is a 20% restocking fee on all Quick Delviery Bridesmaid Dresses. Please cliick on Quick Delivery Bridal Dresses and Quick Delivery Bridesmaid Dress to view available styles.


Bridesmaid dresses are 10-12 week delivery. 

We strongly recommend that you order your dresses at least 4 months before the wedding or earlier.  The time frame is an estimate only provided by the vendor. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, vendors do not guarantee their delivery dates If your order is ready before the projected ready date it will be sent out earlier.  Upon receipt of your order at our location, our staff thoroughly inspects all packages and items. Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for domestic delivery and 7 - 14 business days for international delivery. These delivery time frames are estimates only and actual delivery may vary. Please be aware we will automatically charge a customer’s account $60.00 if their order is refused upon delivery to their shipping address. Please remember to allow time for alterations if necessary once you received your dress. We take every measure to ensure orders are delivered in the timeliest manner.

What if I need my dresses sooner than 12 weeks?

You are able to submit a rush order.  Rush orders fees are generally $20.00 per dress and $15 per vest for 6-7 week delivery.  Super rush is available for $60 per dress and $30 per vest for a 4-6 week delivery. Rates and times may vary slight from one designer to the next.

Can we order swatches?

Yes, if you have not seen your chosen color and or fabric in person, we recommend you order swatches before you place your order.   Colors that are displayed on any website may vary some what from the actual fabric colors. Swatches can be order by through our website.

How do I make payment and order changes?

Full payment for your order is required when we begin the production of your garment. Your order is binding within 24 hours of placement online. We are unable to change sizes or cancel orders after this time. No exceptions.

Do you except Returns & Exchanges?

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order. We are happy to offer credit or exchanges on shoes & accessories, received within 21 days of receipt that are not custom orders. All returned products must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. There is a restocking fee for Quick Delivery Dresses 


Are there any Additional Charges?

Additional charges may apply for certain order specifications including, but not limited to rush charges, plus sizes, extra length, and Hollow to Hem measurements. Availability and charges for these specifications will vary between vendors and will display with each product.  We do charge shipping for international orders.

What should I do if there is a defect in the dress?

If you find a flaw in your dress please notify us immediately.  Please e-mail us pictures that we can send to the designer.  The dress must be in the original state that you received it, with tags attached and no alterations.

Errors and Omissions Policy

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. It is our intent to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification.


How Do you Ship?

We use Fed Experss  Fed Ex  does not require a signature. It is best to ship your package to a place of business or a residence where someone is there to receive the package.

We have partnered with PayPal to make it easy for you to ship your purchase outside of the United States.

Do you provide dyeing services?

This fabric is dyeable so you can wear it in brilliant blue, hot pink, emerald green or any hue you dream.

How We Ship

  • Your items will be shipped via Fed Ex with your choice of Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air service.  When shipping ground the last leg of your shipment maybe by the US Postal Service. 
  • Our shoes and handbags ship from various warehouse locations. If you purchase products from more than one designer, your order may arrive in separate shipments.

International Shipping  WE ARE NOT Shippign Internationally at this time.

Which shoe size should I order?

Know Your "True" Size

If you're not really sure about your "true" shoe size, it's a good idea to find out before you order. The next time you're out shopping, stop by a specialty shoe store and have your feet measured by a professional. Get measured in the afternoon or evening since feed tend to sweel throughout the day.

In-between Sizes

If you find you tend to be in-between sizes and you are going to order a shoe with a pointed toe, choose the bigger size. Then use a shoe pad under the ball of your foot for a snug, comfortable fit.

International Sizing

Our shoes are offered in US sizes. Because of the wide variations in shoe sizing charts, we feel we can not accurately provide information about converting international sizes to US sizes.

Is my credit card secure?

In the event of unauthorized credit card use, remember to notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Once notified, most banks cover all the resulting charges or limit your liability to just $50. If your bank holds you liable, MODELBRIDE will cover your liability up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at MODELBRIDE while using the secure server.

Is my privacy protected?

We require you to provide certain identifying information when you order product from our web site. Bellissima Bridal Shoes uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their credit card account numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for product and services. ("Personal Information")

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart.
